Service booking platform
Clients post requests and providers get notified, while the books lived in spreadsheets and manual messaging. I built the system that now runs the business.
- Booking and matching: a client posts a request, providers are notified and reply, the booking is confirmed, the rest are declined automatically, the calendar updates and a deal appears in the CRM.
- Money handled properly: client and provider balances, reserved funds, prepayment, and no booking until it is paid.
- Payroll with commissions, bonuses and penalties, which managers used to reconcile by hand.
- Online payments through CloudPayments: every payment is verified and recorded, history included, so the numbers match.
- A web portal, a mobile app with push notifications, a Telegram app, Bitrix24 and HeadHunter integrations, an in-app chat, KPI reports and a data platform.
- Manual work cut by a factor of 4.
- Balances are calculated in seconds instead of a full day.
- Clients no longer slip into debt: balances used to get lost in spreadsheets, and now debits and credits match exactly and the books are in order.
- Users: over 3,500 clients and providers in total and about 500 active on a regular basis.
- In production for over a year: the business runs on it.
